At From Earth, every surfboard is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products and the custom craftsmanship involved, all sales are final.

-We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a surfboard has been sold.

-Please ensure you have selected the right model, size, and specifications before completing your purchase.

-If you have any questions about a board’s suitability for your needs, our team is happy to provide guidance prior to purchase.

-In the rare event your board arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
